What are your thoughts on Dinar Inc? ( Website )
I ordered dinar from them via bank draft, only to find that after the order was complete, they required I.D., utility statement and a voided check. I sent those via USPS the same day I ordered the dinar. I called 6 days later and they claimed they hadn’t received it. I called for the next 2 days with ditto response. So I faxed the required docs to them after calling and getting their fax number. I was told the fax went through their computer system and took a few minutes, but it would be received before they closed that day and I would receive email notification. I didn’t receive email notice of receipt although I had the fax receipt that day or the following morning, so I called and was told the fax hadn’t been received either!!!!
Purchased from them once before, service was good enough but its a small company so everything seems to take longer.
Purchased once had a great experience. I did have to submit more information however it gave me the feeling they were on the up and up. I will absolutely use them in the future on my up comming dinar purchases. Very Very Professional 5 STARS!
I only had one purchase through Dinar Inc and It seemed that their customer service was lacking. I placed the order using a method of payment from my company and the order didn’t process because of that. They did not tell me of a problem and after a period of time I had to contact them to find out what had happened. Had to send them a ton of stuff just to process my order, electric bills, etc. just seemed to complicated and by the time I got the order a very long time had passed. Website seems buggy. Pricing structure seems unique, but not too thrilled with the payment every other week idea, I would rather do guaranteed options, but I’m sure it appeals to others. I also don’t like the flat service charge up front for layaway’s that does not scale with the size of orders. Pricing is high unless you use a promo code. I would rather not have to calculate a price with free dinar / dong, promo codes, service fee’s etc. Do believe they are an honest business and would ship my dinar post RV, but that wont be tested until it actually RV’s
